NEIS (Nuclear Energy Information Service) presents  Mycle Schneider, founder of World Nuclear Industry Status Report, the Independent Assessment of Nuclear Developments in the World.  Mr. Schneider, based in Paris, works as an independent international analyst and consultant on energy and nuclear policy.

NEIS says in their invitation,

His annual World Nuclear Industry Status Report serves as a critically objective evaluation of the state of the nuclear-power industry worldwide.
